Associates at transactional midsize firms - how much bonus do you expect to receive this year? I lateraled to a 40-50 attorney firm and they are killing it this year. Granted I will likely receive a prorated bonus but they are also short on mid and seniors and hoping they give me something good to keep me from leaving (not contemplating that).

Anyone have any experiences with staff augmentation firms? Found out the client was paying the staff aug. firm, that I work through, double what they are paying me (I keep 50%), despite giving me no benefits. I should have done a better job negotiating. In a fair situation, or by industry standard, what percentage should I be receiving?

Anyone noticed that employer pf is too low in offer letter. It's not 12% of basic part of ctc.

As I continue to navigate the waters surrounding my salary and YOE (23), I’m evaluating what I do in my current position.
