Here's the basic level crosswalk BAH: B4, though depending on the specific role at BAH there might not be a specific 1:1 crosswalk at the LA-P levels. Consultant: Analyst Senior Consultant: Consultant Associate: Senior Consultant Lead Associate: Manager Senior Associate: Senior Manager Principal+: PPMD 4 YOE will likely get you to SC, which is approximately $65-110k. If you get in as an A, that's approximately $75-160k. There is a huge range in the levels from A on up given that BAH isn't up or out. Where you fall on the salary range varies widely based on the admin chain, whether you're a funded or capability hire, clearance, role, and what business unit you're in. ETA: Something else to be aware of--outside of cyber, there are no bonuses below SA and non-promo raises are *generally* pretty low unless you can finagle a MSA.

Colleague said the PA call she just got off of wasn’t that bad. She said everyone with 50% or lower chargeability was already put in a bucket of people they’d look at to put as ‘not progressing,’ and that the stories from the CCs would end up being the differentiator. The only real bloodbath was the CCs fighting to try to keep their counselees out of the NP bucket. Most CCs came well prepared.
