Looking for salary ranges for GM1
Hello All,
I have recently joined FIS Global but there are some issues with the laptop that I have received. It shall be replaced now. Because of this I haven't been able to update my salary account details in workday yet. I received a mail yesterday that it should be done before 13.05.2022.
Can anyone please share the contact details of the support team who can help me in this case?

More comp all day every day.
Wfh !
Wfh
More comp. EY and others likely to have more WFH than in the past anyway; not 100% but I personally don’t want 100%.
Permanent wfh foreverreerrrrr
WFH. But, why the choice? These two things have nothing to do with one another.
Fair enough. I just think it’s a false dichotomy.
Working from home should save an employer money (office leases, etc), so why would comp be lowered? If anything, there should be room to raise comp!

Do you like wfh? How much will a commute cost vs the increased comp?

🤷🏾♂️ it was a question for OP, not an opinion.
Some people love wfh, some don't. Some people's commute is awful, somes' aren't. Every situation will be different based on each person's commute and wfh preference. I'm glad you found something that works for you.
Personally, I'd prefer wfh with a hoteling option. My commute is under 10 minutes and sometimes i can't focus at home. I don't anticipate having the dilemma OP proposed though. I'm well compensated and wfh indefinitely.
I found it easier to pretend to do work when I was in the office
😂
you'd think they could pay you more for wfh, since the client could save all that money on travel expenses.
Wfh!!!!
I'd need much higher comp to be happy working from home. Good meals paid for, when you want them, hanging out with engaging colleagues, hotel and air points, a less calendared day, 4 day travel was much better, though a 3 day standard is something I would probably appreciate.
