I can honestly say I am rethinking this firm.

Seems low for DC, but non profits will never pay as much. I make 80k base in ATL
Thanks for your input!
I work for a non profit in Seattle. For my company an EA 1 is $52k-$75k. It goes higher depending on the level (EA 1, EA 2 & EA to VP).
I’m not an EA. I oversee a lot of the admin services my team provides for the department. I make around $86k and I’ve only been in my role and with the company for a year.
Less of an EA now more of AA/OM, but I make $70 base in NYC.
I'm an EA in Alexandria at a non profit and make $64.5k
How long have you been there?
96k in Atlanta (for profit)
Unfortunately for non-profits, that’s a pretty decent salary. I live in NYC and have seen them as low as $45K.
