Will I be eligible for annual hike in Nov cycle..? If I'm not, then in 2023 when will I get annual hike.? Sep or Nov 2023...?

Currently in an SDR role at a much larger company 60 base 100 OTE but there’s a guaranteed stock plan. New company serves the banking industry

Do you think usually companies can go high than the salary range, even though they told me the salary was less than I am expecting?

I’ve worked 2 years at a non profit 501c 3 tech startup. When I started there were 6 employees we now have 22. I am considered a part of leadership and am a people manager in addition to my sales role. I am a high performer and last year got a 10% raise (which I asked for). This year I was offered 5%. I am going to counter but curious what anyone thinks I should ask for. I was thinking 8%.

Would you leave a job paying you $170k base plus $230k in earned commission for one paying 230k base plus bonus that would get you over 400k TC? Commission plans can always change so maybe worth taking the extra base? Not factoring in all the stuff associated with switching employers of course.
