Currently 13 yoe, mba,pmp,making 122k in DC area. I am focused in Java development working in federal with TS sci ci poly. I did try Amazon didn't get it but have a couple of potential offers from fed consulting or contractors ~190k base. I know I need to get more experience in cloud and cicd to make myself more marketable. I think MS could be option but need FSP and couple of coworkers think not worth it.

6.5 YOE going to HC for an L4 Supply Chain role in the Bay. Based on my research and people I know I was going to target $250k TC. Does 140k salary, 21k bonus (15%), and $350k in equity feel right? I know equity doesn’t vest equally each year but I prefer to calculate it that way to keep things simple. Any help or insight would be awesome.

Posted this in the Kpmg bowl but I’m an associate almost two years in in Digital Lighthouse and Intelligent Automation and the only training and projects I have been on are Appian based. I’m worried I have boxed myself in by only having projects with Appian. I am wondering if Appian is desirable in the marketplace if I were to look for new jobs? Should I try to get into more rpa Blue Prism/Ui Path? Are those better for my future career opportunities?
