How hard is it to get a MBB interview right now? 👀

Hi all.

I have cleared CTS interview & received offer letter. In my first company, i was trainee and not eligible for pf & form 16

In bgv, if there is no pf & form 16, i need to submit HR confirmation mail.

I have contacted that company HR, he told that organisation has restrictions to send mail to outside, so he can't send mail confirmation, but he was ready to give any confirmation via call.

I mentioned the same in CTS bgv oneCognizant , but they are rejecting.

kindly provide your idea.

Have an interview at Accenture coming up soon - consists of several interviews directly with MDs (resume, cases, closing—if successful). They’ll assign a job level (consultant, manager, senior manager) based on the interviews. I’m trying to gauge what base and TC ranges I’m looking at. It’s a niche practice within and I have 15+ YOE in this niche area. Would appreciate any guidance or data points.

Moms, am I nuts? Starting to plot my soon to be job search and one of my biggest criteria is proximity to my home and my kids school. I had final round interviews last week for the company I really want to work for. I have an offer from another company, which I communicated to the recruiter which expedited the interview to final rounds. I need to respond to the other company's offer letter soon. Should I follow up with the hiring recruiter for the company I want an offer from? Or just move on if I haven't heard back by end of this week?

My MD gave me a feedback that I should slow it down and spend more time on the problem itself; and not rush to get to the solutioning.

But, my mgr on the last project kept asking me to delivery stuff in a rushed manner and didn't even give me the window to think through stuff. There was just literally hundreds of things placed on my plate that I had to resolve right away.
