Sure that’s company policy. You want to manage a key store for thousands of employees that works remotely... EY straight up deletes the Keypass file the second it’s created. Makes sense from an enterprise perspective.

I’m working in qa profile from last 2.5 years and before that i was in tech support for 2 years . Now I’m very much concerned for my career growth because I don’t enjoy work in testing. I want to switch to a developer profile and my friend suggested to start with javascript . Should i try for it? I’m mostly worried about the future. Is it worth it? I have good learning power but i feel downgraded when i talk to developers or similar role.

Friends, I’m 25, entering my third year in MBB, and I’m so burnt out (I’ve averaged close to 80 hours / week since joining and hate the culture). I’ve always had a passion for public interest law, have worked at an impact litigation firm, and am convinced that going to law school is the answer. I’m afraid that without a big scholarship, I’ll land in big law to pay off loans and will be in the same situation I’m in now (with 100k+ debt). Any advice? Thank you!

I'm making a bit of a career pivot, and I just accepted a job at a cybersecurity company for an entry-level SDR position.

I have spoken to quite a few people (women and men) in the field about how there are so few women in cybersecurity. As a woman, I am wondering if this might affect how I am perceived (conscious or subconscious bias) and thus my outcomes.
I am pretty confident and know how to be appropriately assertive, but other than that I am awondering if anyone has thoughts or advice.
