But lot depends on your networking and also luck. There are always good people at every place. So don’t decide something based on what you read here. Instead talk to some people working there and trust your heart. Also, dont think too much if money is really good ;)
P.S. I am not with KPMG. What I said is applicable to every company.
Well said! I’m currently trying to get in with KPMG. Everybody I’ve networked with loves it.
Agreed! Love working at KPMG, my only complaints are with specific clients but that applies to any firm. We just don’t have inflated egos and put down the other firms

It’s a good firm in my experience. There are the typical cons of any big company (inefficiency, aging tech, constant change with limited transparency). But the biggest pros in my view is that the people are quite friendly, sharp, and we win our share of interesting work. When you do run across a bad actor it’s unfortunate for you and your group, but often they end up getting weeded out in the long run. I’ve never met anyone that says “Oh you’re at KPMG? That’s too bad.” We’re the smallest of the B4 so we get made fun of for that, but really no more or less than the others - all in good spirit.
Corporate HR simps, don’t forget to update your GD reviews after you guys have finished here with your spin…. Lol
So you are one of those ‘Venters’. Just so you know I am not even with KPMG. What I said is applicable to all the companies. People shouldn’t make decisions based on the negativity here. That’s it.
