Working at an agency as a recruiter for 8 mo, MNC brand, but got approached for an internal talent acquisition role with involvements in capability in a property agency, locally well established. Headcount is about 200. My current workplace has constant head count loss, just over the last 5 months, we lost 8 people whist we want to grow by 30 by EOY. Has been some cultural issues and has affected me mentally. I want to be a HR professional in the long run. Dont see this giving me new skills.

What is the salary for sr internal auditor in industry located in San Francisco?

Interviewing for a mid-level producer role in-house at an established/well known tech company, NY office. I’ve only ever been agency-side so really have no idea what to give as my salary expectations. 5 years experience, currently at 100k. Benefits are comparable (except now I’ll get equity). But I hear that at both brand-side and tech you can expect higher. If I asked for 140k would I be laughed out of the room?
