Switching firms with a promotion from C to M. Internally I have a decent idea of expectations at manager but moving to a new firm with the new role on day 1 has me second guessing myself. My daughter’s softball team was supposed to play in a tourney last weekend but there weren’t enough teams entered so it got cancelled. Another team in another tourney needed an extra player so I said my daughter could pick up with them which guaranteed her to play at least 5 games with them Sat-Sun. On top of this, I do extra duties that my coworkers don’t do and struggle with the work load. I feel like I’m being taken advantage of and am not sure what to do.
