Our CEO announced today that he will be resigning after 10 years with the company. As a Senior Admin I’ve been supporting him directly for the last 5 years and I’m very worried about this change. No replacement has been hired yet but it’s in the works. Does anyone have experience with this sort of situation? Should I stick it out? Find another job? Any advice would be much appreciated.

I have cleared the interview in Delloite and have signed and sent the letter of intent and it's been 11 days and I still haven't received my formal offer letter. Also the HR is not picking up my call. She just once said that it is pending with the offer management team.

Do you have any idea if this takes so long or where has it gone wrong?
