Heelllppp! My husband accidentally left his grocery COVID disinfectant spray in the same spot where I keep my water spray bottle (they are unfortunately the same color) I sprayed a sweet red pepper plant with the mix generously and poured some in because the plant seemed dry. I was just involved in a Teams meeting where it was announced that leadership is now creating a hybrid model. They clearly stated we will not be returning to the office that we left in 3/2020. For moms who have nannies, what have you done re:pay when your kid is sick? My son had a fever/aches this weekend (Covid negative), so we gave our nanny today off paid. It’s been over 24 hours without a fever, but the nanny doesn’t want to come until all symptoms (runny nose and little cough) are gone. My concern is those could linger weeks. I don’t mind her taking off if she’s uncomfortable, but should that be paid?

Do you ever feel like corp tech life is kind of meaningless? High stress, miss out on key family milestones for the price of $200k-$500k TC a year, and at the end you have like maybe $10M NW, a stress-related disease and a strained marriage, with kids whose college you paid for but don't hear from that often. For the PC gamers, I’m eyeing a couple prebuilt options (I know, I know) and torn between what seem like 2 strong options. 1) 10400F with 3060 at $1200 or 2) 5600X with 3070 at $1700.

Is the 5600X/3070 combo worth $500 more (generally remaining parts are same except higher PSU for 3070) for the performance? Ideally I won’t upgrade anything for 3-5 years.
