Hey everyone, a friend of mine and I are looking to start a company, we’re both sick of the corporate world right now and working 80+ hours per week for someone else.
I’m a 2nd year analyst in Tech M&A Investment Banking and she’s a 2nd year associate consultant in Tech Private Equity.
We have some ideas but aren’t technical so we’re looking for a potential technical co-founder to join up with and either create an idea and build something together or join up on existing idea in process!

I have 9.3 YOE. My current ctc is 18.5 LPA. I got offer from TCS and they are Offering 22.3 LPA. It is 20 percent hike. Should I join TCS for this hike. I mean i have onsite in my mind and j think tcs may give that opportunity. What do u think??

For now in accenture at least 10% yearly hike and 18% variable pay iam getting. Am I doing a mistake or tcs offer is good.?? Please guide me...
