I am selected in company and got 1st offer in hand. I feel company selected good candidates like me for same position but they offered me it means I expected less salary compare to other peers.

Why I feel so ? -> HR mentioned we will release offer in week ( within week they r doing)but they taken almost month and release offer to me.

I feel min 10% I can renogotiate with other counter offer.

My lwd in Infosys was on 8th, as I have lost my ID card I couldn't submit it on lwd. Yesterday I got mail from ID department to surrender the ID card for getting clearance as a response I dropped a mail to them today that I have lost my ID card and they can deduct the card fee from FnF amount. Within 1 hr I got my RL with approval from ID department as lost card reason ,now how much time they take to send the FnF amount?
