Booz ain't big 4 son...
Clients if you can find them out, people I've interviewed with (d bag rating), benefit package (insurance, 401k match), office location, travel policy, utilization emphasis
Well considering the 3 boutiques have no differentiating qualities from your post... all of the above.
I would go to whichever firm has the best snacks in the break room.
Depending on your level look into firm wide utilization rate.
D1: I said the offers (rank/salary/team) were identical.
Any other factors are up to you to determine. Maybe you care about the break room like EY2 or the utilization like Marakon1?
Slalom 1: Isaid Big 4 since they probably outnumber the MBB and non-big 4 people here.
I'd generally expect more $$ at a boutique. Also depends a lot on the clients and people.
Assuming you are working in public sector now, a switch to "commercial" might be a better move
Slalom 1: I'm happy where I'm at and there's nothing wrong with doing federal work. It's just industry preference.
Slalom is a boutique so it's not the same as losing a big prestigious brand name that you would have at Big 4 or Booz for that matter.
Put all 3 offers on a table in front of you, Sneeze, and see which of the offers has the most snot on it. Then go w that one.
