Have a formal offer at Citi for 120K as an AVP in the NY office. Currently making 92K at my current role where I feel there’s not much room to grow anymore. Is this a fair offer? I currently WFH pretty much full time at my current role which has been amazing, but it seems like Citi would require me to be there 2-3 days in the office per week - and this is something I’m very hesitant about. Thoughts on how to approach this?
Hi everyone! Does anyone in here work for Omada Health ? I have an interview next Wednesday for a PT Member Support Agent role and am unclear on what the pay could be. Glassdoor has the pay estimate at 42k-48k, but I found a comment where someone in the same role mentioned only getting paid $12/hr. I have 8 years of experience as a CSR but I’ve had a couple year gap in between now and my last job. TIA Any advice helps .

If you get over yourself and let me manage it, yes.
If you have a good relationship, I'd voice your concerns. Obviously the manager thinks highly of you to staff you in that position. Go out to your internal network and ask for advice on how to approach the role from your mentors/past managers. Youre going to make mistakes, so once you get over that you'll feel better. The key is to learn, grow and actively communicate with those around you.
Managing projects is very normal for SCs. If you are having doubts you should talk to your manager about expectations. But do realize managing a project should be a normal expectation.
Genuinely anxious SC1! Helpful advice appreciated
They know it’s a stretch role, expect you to ask for help.
We expect SCs to lead.
