I’m graduating with my masters in Earth Science this summer and was rejected from all the PhD programs I applied to. But I’ve found a postdoctoral position that is absolutely perfect for me. Should i still apply and write a strong cover letter? They’re hiring 5 post docs.

Bit of a silly question but does networking even help you get to the interview stage at MBB if you don't have a referral? ( trying to determine if a referral is the only end goal).
If it does- how? (Do folks share with the firm who reached out to them, etc?)

What is the historical practice for EYP members getting an MBA (FT or Exec)?

Mini rant: I did three rounds of interviews and conducted a case study for a startup medium sized company just for me to get rejected by them essentially stating that they felt like I did not have enough experience in the role but that I had been the only one to do a great job on the case study. These multiple interview rounds need to stop. I thought it was pretty ridiculous.
