Started a new role. For 9 years I was the go-to for every question for my team. It was exhausting and I was killing myself to please everyone, but I also kind of thrived on it. Now I’m the new kid on the block, know nothing, and feel like I’m adding very little value to my current firm pulling half the hours. I know eventually I will get up to speed and pull my weight. Feeling guilty for accepting a paycheck knowing I’m not adding value yet. Anyone else?

I've been having some stomach issues and it seems like they're anxiety related. It's not unusual for me to lose my appetite when I'm stressed, but I've been struggling for weeks now. Idk whats triggering me, but I can't shake this. My doctor reccomended I take a very low dose of zoloft to help take the edge off and get me back to normal. Can anyone share their experiences with starting zoloft?
