Got an offer for SE III at a large tech company. Product I'd be working on interests me and I think I could grow more than in my current role.

Currently I make 180k base and have ISO/RSUs @ startup (60k/yr worth on paper, but won't be worth anything for a few years, if at all).

The offer is:
Base: $166,500
Target Bonus: 10% ($16,650)
RSU: 120k total (30k/yr)

Thoughts on offer? Should I counter?

I've found relationships to be exhausting rather than energizing. Yet I'm mid 20s just letting prime years pass me by because I can't be bothered to get on dating apps or approach women in public. I can cook, keep living spaces clean, and excercise daily. But I don't drink and don't enjoy bars/clubs so have a hard time finding places to meet people naturally.

Spouse always agrees to provide more money to his ex-wife for every scenario although he is paying a significant amount of child support. It’s so frustrating because he reduces his household contributions and doesn’t bother to change his discretionary spending even after I mention it.

I sometimes need to vent or confide to someone about things to get a different perspective, but I feel like the norm is to not share details because then you are considered disrespectful to your SO. This makes me feel so alone and isolated.
