Searching for hobby suggestions/ideas. I’ve been struggling to focus lately and it’s been difficult for me to focus on my usual hobbies (reading, building an app side project etc). Ideally, looking for a hobby that can help with de-stressing and decompressing during my unwind time after logging off in the evenings; not something super strenuous. Thanks in advance!

I’d recommend origami! It’s straightforward, very relaxing and calming, very fun, not boring or the same every day. I’ve been folding for 9 years and it’s such a great form of self-care masking as a normal hobby. It also will let you unleash your creative side a bit, if you don’t get to that at work. Give it a try!
