Have an offer in FDD as an analyst, but am debating whether I should stick it out in audit for another busy season and recruit again? For context I’m a 2nd year staff up for senior this next promotion cycle. My concern with the move to FDD is the firm (little PTO and poor WLB was a major concern when speaking with people who work there/have recently left). Am I overthinking this?

I’m been an acute care RN, BSN since graduating- 13 years ago. I’m now interviewing for remote case management positions. While I’ve never held that title, specifically, I do feel inpatient / acute care RNs are involved in case management on the regular. Is this something you’d consider “experience” if so - how would you speak to that in comparison to the duties of a titled RN case manager? Thank you!

Anybody here work in Canada? Specifically Vancouver? The cost of living here is outrageous, and I feel like I don't have a fair compensation. I'm currently making $75k with a $5k bonus as an EA with 6+ years experience, and 5+ years experience in my company's industry. Our company doesn't give out yearly inflation raises, so I feel like I'm falling behind. Is this fair, or should I be going after more? Can anyone in Vancouver, Seattle, Canada etc. shed some light on their salary?
