My current role is Senior Systems Engineer in Infosys with 4.10 LPA, 2.9 yrs experience in Mainframe. Last date is May 3rd. I dropped paper with this below Accenture offer.
I got Job profile - Application development analyst in Accenture recently with 7.5 LPA fixed and 21 % variable.
What is my role? Is it Application development analyst.
Is there any possibility to re negotiate my package if I have same 7.5 lpa counter offer from TCS? If yes when can I approach the hr?

My husband has severe mental health issues and can’t handle this and my best friend has cancer and is going through chemo and is super weak right now. Hey all just FYI my psych told me in my appointment that stimulants ordered from Express Scripts often give patients problems...including me. Felt like I was taking something totally different.

Prescribed wellbutrin but have serious side effects. Was hoping this would be the magic pill. So bummed and ready to give up.

Been about a week on 20 mg Adderall XR and I've never peed so much in my life. I'm seriously peeing like every hour. Is this a normal side effect? Will it go away? 🥲

I have one doctor prescribing adderall and went to a different one for Zoloft. Is there any reason I would need to consolidate doctors? Each specialize in the respective field so feel fine having two.

How do you all manage exercise and meds? I take vyvanse and have a peloton, but am kinda scared of the heart rate increase combination. I find the vyvanse takes about 2h to kick in and so I try to take it by 6am otherwise I’m dealing with the “hitting me” feeling when at work (which has resulted in some really embarrassing situations). In the evenings, I’m so hungry that a workout is harder to do plus you never know when the work day will end!

Anyone else burnt out mentally even with meds? I’m sleeping, eating well, working out every day, on a low dose of meds but my motivation is in the trash. Take frequent breaks too. Brain feels tired

Anyone has any experience with online providers to diagnose ADHD? I looked for a doctor a while ago through my insurance and kind of gave up as most were not accepting patients.

Any other males get really sensitive nipples (especially the left) when the adderall wears off? 😂 I wish I were joking, but it genuinely is irritating enough that I have to not wear a shirt / take week-long+ breaks once it reaches a certain point.

How did you find the right medication for you and do you all think people have a “right” medication for them? I don’t exactly feel like adderall works for me — I just feel wired and focused on other things. However I’ve tried other prescriptions (through friends in college 😅) that I thought worked much better for me

- ADHD is a disability, but it’s not the end of the world
- give yourself a break. Your brain needs it more than you realize
- medication is not a cure-all treatment. Medication + diet + exercise + self-organization is the key.
- ADHD causes us to feel emotions stronger than the average person.
- failure is inevitable, but so is success. Act accordingly, and be kind and fair to yourself
- life is hard, but that’s… wait, what was I saying? 😂😎❤️
