Seeing lot of people leaving current jobs because of toxic lead or managers. Mental peace is the most important thing. But i feel shouldn't leave a job because of someone else, especially if don't have any offer in hand. Wait for the right opportunity. Till then stay there, give your best and learn to deal with ppl. Can't keep running from every job right?

I haven’t started yet, but have had a couple of Accenture PMs reach out regarding open roles for upcoming projects. All meetings have gone fine and promising, only to lead up to a rejection that they’re moving with another resource. Does Accenture move quickly in resourcing for projects?
Does anyone ever get pitch work produced?
