Look up postpartum doulas in your area. Prices are all over the map. Depends a lot on their level of expertise and experience.

Thanks! Didn’t know this term. This is for an agency in Chicago: Postpartum Rates range from $28-47 per hour, depending upon daytime or overnight hours and the experience level of the doula you work with.

I found one using Yelp. The price in LA was $45/hr overnight, which I know is super expensive but I was desperate.

Hey all! Wondering if people have suggestions on LMSs (learning management systems) they love.

I work at a small (25 EE) fintech startup and all the departments are looking for software that would help streamline on boarding, have options for continued learning, and career succession planning. I’ve only worked with larger LMSs previously.

I know this is a subjective topic in certain ways, but I would love to hear your thoughts and why are you enjoy the system you work with.

I’m curious to hear from people at other firms what is offered in terms of part time work or alternative work options for people that don’t really care about making partner and might want to work part time. I just had my second child and want to ask to come back from maternity leave on a part time basis but our firm doesn’t seem to have anything in place right now. If your firm offers this, what’s the billable requirement, how much of a pay cut is it, and do you still get benefits? Thanks!

Hi Moms, just had baby #2 and we want to upgrade our family car from Toyota Rav4 to a 3-row luxury SUV that's nice looking inside and outside, reliable and has decent cargo space too. Everything has sort of snow balled and I’m at a loss. I can’t do it all. Do I take a leave of absence? Reduced work schedule? I can’t manage 2 kids, full time work that never ends, a completely incompetent husband, and a brand new house. What do I do lol. Someone please help bc I’m losing it.

Currently stuck with my 15 month old already on thin ice at work bc my MIL is a crazy bitch and just quit helping to watch her (we could have used daycare but were assured she’d be less crazy).

We just experienced our first meltdown with 2 kids under 2. We scheduled back to back dr appts for me and our toddler so my husband had to drive and bring everyone. However my appt was running late so my husband had to also bring the baby to the toddler appt. Baby was fussy and cried. Toddler decided to be clingy, did not want to walk and wanted to be carried. My poor husband had to wheel a crying baby and while trying to balance a toddler throwing a tantrum to the doctor’s office where they...

How do you guys keep your house clean with toddlers and have time to work full time, work out, cook, play with toddlers, take them to activities, etc? I've never been a super tidy person but I really do enjoy a clean home and try but I have the hardest time keeping up. I did at one time have a housekeeper which helped but we can't afford it at the moment. Just doesn't feel like there's enough hours in the day to get it all done.
