Seeing such high salaries of so many people here with very less YoE makes me wonder what I was doing in the first 2 years of my corporate journey earning just 3-3.5 LPA 😢

Hello Everyone, I have received offer and right now I’m going through the background check. I have heard that the BC takes time. I have already informed my current employer regarding the job offer and they have given me counter offer to stay, still paying 30k less than what new company is offering. I can see on LinkedIn that they are still hiring multiple of developer for same job position. I fear I will have to compete with other and some of us will end up fired after probation period.

I really wish the big law firms in Canada were as transparent about their pay and bonus scales as what we are seeing in the US. Does any Canadian firm share bonus scales??
