Hi guys. I am at Level 11 in Accenture Strategy as a Management Consulting Analyst at 21 LPA fixed, joined at 3 years workex on 2021 Auguts and would have 4 years overall workex and 1 year with Accenture. How much % hike should I expect in the FY ending this August 2022.
Please suggest. I am also eligible for promotion in the next half yearly cycle in 2023 June.

Finally, Friday has come 😇😎
I have to agree You need to expect higher and negotiate. Knowing that information shouldn't discourage you, it should motivate you to ask for more.
I joined at 2.9LPA. 3 months later when I realised how the world was, switched and switched and at my 3rd job I truly value my choices. Sometimes it's your situation vs the place you are that doesn't support the switch. Luckily my parents were supportive enough to let me jump.
Cool
Don't worry bhai .. start giving interviews.. you can expect 300% hike in first switch !!
Don't shy about your salary expectations.. ask 20 LPA
Se2 bhayya wer from u got this number 12? 😂😃
My mother always said a closed mouth doesn't get fed.
Will you tell that to the candidates you are hiring? 😂
Everyone is moving at their own speed. Don't compare yourself with others. I am even slower than you.
What's your current YoE & CTC?
I feel that. They should teach about salary negotiations in school. I had NO idea that you could even negotiate when I first started in the workforce.
It's all just demand and supply. Just a year and a half back the freshers and 2-3YOE guys were making almost the same as you were at their experience. Heck, people were losing jobs not too long ago. All got lucky 😋
The salary I am talking about is of my first company which ironically was Cognizant only.
What's your yoe and Techstack

Covid gave multiple opportunities actially especially in IT sector!
Yeah
I can feel your pain. Been working in Accenture for 5+ years now started as an ASE.
Now people who joined 2 years after me are earning more salary than me. After recent hikes i got 8.4 as fix
Try switching , you would be benefitted monetarily
