I mean this in the best possible way, but a good start would be to stop asking generic questions like this.
I look for people with passion and talent in something specific. They love something and push hard to succeed at that thing, not just succeed in the system for the sake of a promotion.

Honestly - it doesn’t work this way at KPMG. Blind spots are all of KPMG leadership that make the final choice. It’s not a matter of values/qualities/traits either. Be good at your job. Stand out above the rest. Get positive client feedback. There has to be a business need. Anyone in my group that has tried a year too early has been shot down by upper management.
