- Keep track of things you accomplish. Most of us are very good at keeping track of failures and things we need to improve, but not so good at texting the positives.
- Meditate. Headspace is app is excellent and has a specific meditations on managing anxiety, self-esteem, etc. They also teach you techniques like acknowledging your problem but not dwelling on it. Most session are just a few minutes long so even if this is not your thing, give it a go.
- Do a wonderwoman (even if you’re a man) pose for a minute or two in front of the mirror before events that give you anxiety. It seems silly but it has been physiologically proven to improve confidence through decreasing stress hormones. Finally, remember that you’re not the only one. We all go through those moments in our life.

Make 1-3 goals for new things to try each week. Track and build on the wins
I keep a list of things to do during the week that I I start Saturday prior. Once the task is done I change the color to green. Really every week is a large number of tasks - e.g., finish a deliverable, complete evaluation for someone, do a proposal... it helps me show how much i have done each week
Just do the opposite of procrastination - get ahead of things so then you can relax when you need to
Develop a healthy dose of narcissism to boost your confidence. Only a teaspoon though or you’ll become an asshole. Just stop doubting yourself, if you don’t know something admit to it if asked and look into it and learn - then move on to the next thing. Easy peasy
