Any value shops outperforming their benchmarks?
Hi Sharks, I had an interview with Tata Consultancy today and cleared the TAG round by answering all their questions. So here my query is, based on my performance will they offer me a hike of 100% or more from my CCTC, because this role is too relevant to my domain and technical knowledge so that I don't wanna miss out on this.
CCTC - 6LPA
YOE - 5

Depends on your appetite. If you are hungry, conquer more.
You should go conquer existing contracts with other firms, and become Alexander the great.
That, I have no idea about yet. Haven’t done my independent gig.
I’d maybe start by reaching out to the heads of these smaller firms, and discussing potential collaborations. Why not do more projects with your firm’s current skillset, and increase revenue to hire new talent for expansion?

I actually worked for a company like that based out of UK. Really enjoyed working there because the owners were happy with what they built and shared the profits with everyone. They didn’t want or need to expand too much so it was super chill for the years I worked there . Specialized in analytics and picked only those projects with interesting work. No project managers (we used to get them from Accenture) and focused purely on algos. Company continues to be independent today doing great work for clients .

Steady state as in? The clients keep on coming back for work. There are minor sales effort to ensure there is some backup. But otherwise revenue keeps coming in and growth expectation is very very less (~7%) since it’s family owned.
It depends.
