No you’re not. This is a non-issue. Just pay more attention next time.
Best advice is to not make it into a big deal, apologize, own up, and move on, it happens.
I just told an MD his documentation was insufficient. Turns out he hid all the cells and I didn’t notice. Don’t be yourself up! Could be worse 😅
Don’t beat yourself up too badly
You’re fine; it happens. Apologize at the meeting
next time pay attention to the details and double-check the invite.
I always do an extra review when I send things to my boss.
You think they have time to dwell on non-issues such as this??
It will be a big deal if you make it a big deal. Sounds like you learned from this, so there’s nothing more to do. Onward and upward
Happens to everyone, and it’ll happen to you again! Double check next time, but don’t sweat it too much.
@Sc2, I’d show the MD how to group cells and not hide them. Hiding creates problems. I’ve regularly found things in hidden cells that I shouldn’t have seen. Way better to group, you know what’s there.
I find grouping obnoxious. Groups of groups of groups.
