Just here to say I’m so thankful we have this safe space. People who aren’t diagnosed generally have misconceptions about ADHD and its symptoms, and I’m so grateful we have this bowl to seek help, learn from one another, and sometimes just vent! With all the negativity in the world, this bowl is that one ray of sunshine I so desperately need, so thank you everyone for what you have done and what you’ll continue to do!
Same!!! Congrats. I filed mine on 4/24 rfe h1 extension as well and got approved yesterday.
Congrats! My extension was approved in April without RFE.
Needed this. My legal team is currently drafting my RFE response. Nervous everyday 😩😩
You will be fine!
Filed extension in Dec > RFE in Jan >replied to RFE in March > got 2nd RFE >replied to RFE early May > got approval last week.
There is hope!

And here my LCA is still case received since mid Feb 😔
I don’t think you can cancel it but who cares now
Congrats to both of you. Did u see the approval notice - electronic copy ? I know the hard copy takes at least 1-2 weeks. How long did u get it for ?
Same, I checked the USCIS website, following up with the attorney today to get the approval notice.
what was the RFE for?
Your lawyer will let you know how
When did you initially file your case for extension?
In Feb
Which service center?
Vermont I think
USCIS updated that they sent rfe for h1b ext on March 5th. My lawyers are saying they are still working on it and I haven’t heard anything yet. My h1B first term expires in July. Panic mode on. Please tell me something good :)
@PWC1 - 240 days - period of authorized stay is applicable any time your petition is in pending status irrespective of whether ur i94 is expired or not. The difference is u cannot stay if in case ur extension/transfer gets denied ( if i94 already expired and leave in 10-15 days) vs u can stay for 60 days or until the validity of i94 whichever is earlier.
How long does it take after sending the RFE complete? email says it takes 6-8 weeks just to file it and wondering how many weeks more to hear from USCIS...
Filed extension in Jan but still no news.. Vermont center
