Filed H1B extension RFE case on 4/24 and case is approved today

I have received an offer from Deloitte for ‘Project Delivery Senior Anlyst’ position on some technology preferred provider program. It is hire in advance , that means I should get project ‘after joining’.

I have heard PDM is like contract worker, you can get laid off once project ends(just 2 weeks bench). How true is that/how risky it is to join PDM?(considering I am in US on H1B)
2 . How much time it takes to get first project?
I am confused because it’s really better salary than what I make.

Making 140k with 7 yrs experience in this role, and 12 prior years experience in Systems Engineering roles. I know someone on my team is at 180k with a similar career.

Hi! I’m running a startup after work for this neat web app idea for the last year and although we’re still building it, I feel like I’ve learned and directly applied the product management role. And I love it! My question is: should I list this as experience in my resume?
