Isn’t the new Deloitte GPS comp model going to piss off high performers and make them leave and make low performers happy and encourage them to stay?

I think I asked for too low of a salary during initial interviews elsewhere. The recruiter never told me the band either. About to go into second round. Is there still a chance to ask for more?

What’s higher - associate or sr analyst? Currently I’m holding an associate title but got a job offer as a sr analyst at an equally reputable industry company that pays a bit higher. Just worried the title might drag me down a bit - but the salary will make me take it.
If you’re applying to another consulting job without a referral quit being selfish and help a brother (or sister) out. Help us, help you, to help us, getting a referral bonus
Are you. A) completely satisfied with your pay. B) satisfied because expenses are abort her form of compensation. or C) think we should get paid more?
I joined D's Workday practice as a C and been here ~8 months. I'm getting an offer from a lesser known practice with a 66% increase and a promo to SC. I currently love my job and team. The only motivation to jump is the money. If i stayed at D i'd prob get promoted next year and yet it wont match the salary i'm getting offered today. The money would allow me to reach my goals a lot faster, but is right to move just for the money? I know the work at the other firm will be less interesting.
What is the compensation range and average for a Managing Director (junior to senior MD) at Accenture in US Strategy and Consulting?

What apps/systems do you use to keep track of all your projects and tasks for the various matters you're working on? I recently took on a more senior associate role and am juggling even more projects and assignments than before. I want to make sure I am putting my best foot forward and keeping track of everything I'm juggling so I don't drop something by accident.
I don’t have recruiters reaching out every day (or at all) so sorry if this is a dumb question. Is it reasonable to expect a salary range by email, or do you typically set up a call to discuss basics?
Just got laid off today. Manager fought really hard for me, but senior threw me under the bus to my career advisor. Oh well on to the next challenge.
How do you deal with all of the constant pings? I need some focus time to write emails & create campaigns but my entire team tends to be “on call” with Slack all day and it’s making me crazy. I want to bring this up to the rest of the executive team because we are overboard with the constant notifications and questions/comments that don’t really need to be in slack.
Expecting an offer for an SAE position in the next few days! What salary should I expect and negotiate for? I have 2.5 years experience in account management and live in Chicago
Wish I were a baby right now. I'm tired and hungry and it would be so nice to take a nap and then cry until someone feeds me.

Has anyone pivoted from consulting to IB or vice versa? How quickly were you able to pick up the skills for the other role’s interview process / career?
I’m all about that work from home life. However it is insulting and unprofessional when a colleague who is in the office blows off a scheduled meeting with you when you are virtual as they bumped into another colleague in the office. Anyone else noticing issues like this now that we are in this hybrid mode. How do you address it?
What’s the latest going rate for SAS? Got promoted during pandemic but feeling like I got screwed over salary wise. Company is performing really well but feel very uncomfortable bringing it up.

Parents took out almost 120k+ in parent plus loans to send me to school out of state. Balance is still about $75k with a 7% interest. Ive knocked off 30k in student loans above 5%, but not sure how to balance helping them pay those loans off with investing in the market, saving for short to mid term events, and current lifestyle. Live in HCOL and make ~230k. Currently pay ~1400 per month towards the parent loans. Should I increase my monthly payment?
