What is the salary range for SAP Development Consultant and how many rounds of interview for this role?

One of the reasons I want to transition from industry to consulting (tier 1) is that I get frustrated when I have to collaborate with mediocre people. My assumption is that Tier 1 consulting firms hire really sharp people and if I can get in, I’ll be collaborating with folks on top of their game (not expecting much from clients). I’m aware there are personal aspects I need to work on like my mindset, patience etc etc, but I just get so frustrated with blatant stupidity.

I accepted a $115K base salary, 13% bonus, 10k sign on bonus (scientist supervisor) job and two weeks later, got a $135K base, 17% bonus, and 15K sign on bonus (Senior scientist role) offer from another company. Should I accept the new offer ? How do I tell the previous company about this? Also, I’ve already negotiated with the first company and the $115K base is the negotiated salary. I really do not prefer one company over the other. They’re both great! I’m very confused here. TIA🙏

I just started my job a month ago. It was my 2nd choice role at this company. I didn't realize the chaos I was walking into, and while it's not toxic (yet), I had hopes of more work life balance and an actual "belonging to a team" feel. I basically skipped onboarding and jumped right into working, boss skipped a huge working session I "led" but had no clue how to lead and I was put on the spot.
