What do some people do to create multiple streams of income/passive income? I’m mid twenties but am seeing my friends and peers wealth grow exponentially quicker than mine despite myself having a higher salary. Any suggestions to grow wealth? I’ve tried my hand at investing but am sticking around a 10% growth (prior to losing almost my whole investment in GME today lol)

1.5 years experience, 4 WD projects and 3 certifications. Currently interviewing with a boutique firm. Ideas on salary expectations?
This happened to my buddy and not me but it’s been bothering me: Our manager promised him a promotion and a salary bump back in March and claimed it would hit “early May” and obviously my friend was excited. but they just had a meeting yesterday where my manager claimed that he no longer feels my buddy is ready and is taking away the pay and promotion. When my buddy asked further questions my manager admitted that actually our holding company said no. Is my manager acting in an ethical manner?
What’s higher - associate or sr analyst? Currently I’m holding an associate title but got a job offer as a sr analyst at an equally reputable industry company that pays a bit higher. Just worried the title might drag me down a bit - but the salary will make me take it.

My base salary progression with 3-4 YoE: 60K (Company 1), 71K (Company 2), and currently 83K (Company 2, Promo). My consulting focus is currently in healthcare. Having salary negotiations next week with a midsize tier 3 firm within their strategy consulting practice. What’s the bare minimum I should aim for as base salary? Anyone have any insight into the comp for TPM/PM role within security/privacy at google?
I joined D's Workday practice as a C and been here ~8 months. I'm getting an offer from a lesser known practice with a 66% increase and a promo to SC. I currently love my job and team. The only motivation to jump is the money. If i stayed at D i'd prob get promoted next year and yet it wont match the salary i'm getting offered today. The money would allow me to reach my goals a lot faster, but is right to move just for the money? I know the work at the other firm will be less interesting.
Could anyone share some insight on compensation for manager roles in financial reporting and/or technical accounting? Curious to see what people have jumped for when they left PA for these types of jobs.
Anyone here working in Dublin? How is the working culture in Ireland for the Consulting Firms (both big ones and Salesforce boutiques)?
I've written on my resume that I'm a US Citizen (literally the first thing on the next line after my name) but literally every HR person I've spoken to recently immediately asks if I need visa sponsorship. Is it just something that ATS doesn't screen for usually? I'd hope a human is actually reading my resume. I don't want to be that person that says "yes, it's on my resume" lol

How do I leave GPS consulting to commercial industry or commercial consulting? Is MBA necessary or can you just apply and get in? Do commercial recruiters look down on GPS experience?
Interviewing with a company I’m excited about and they requested to have the next level (I believe final level) be pushed to the second week of January since they’re team is overwhelmed. I agreed and suggested times and am waiting to hear back. Meanwhile I had another company reach out this past week for a role I’m less excited over. They’ve already reached out for my final interview round this week. I already disclosed that I’m waiting to hear from a company I’ve been interviewing with. Cont’d.
