Senior associate current working in fdd. I have been interviewing for a couple weeks and most of the interviews were from smaller accounting firms.. what are other exit opportunities?

As a senior - most of the roles that fall into your lap via recruiters tend to be for FDD with smaller firms. Not a terrible option - comp is usually a lot better than big4. Outside of staying in FDD, a lot of people that want more balance move on to accounting manager type roles in industry. There are also people that leave as seniors to go the MBA route, also people hustle their way into banking analyst roles
