I’m currently a Consultant 2 who just got nees of a promo to senior consultant but also have a job offer from EY. Job is relatively the same at the same level (TC- Security and Privacy for Protiviti and FSO Tech Cyber Risk). EY pays a smidge more but also undoubtedly, the work life balance will probably be worse. If someone could provide insight on how the wlb at EY is within Cyber Risk or just has insight in general I’d appreciate it.

I need an advice/suggestion here. I got an offer from 2 different organisations and choose one among them (Role: Analyst) because of the culture and benefits. And the other offer has a good pay and good designation (Associate Consultant) rather than the one I choose. Now i feel very low due to this decision that I took.
