I’m making 85k in Cleveland in the big 4 as an SC. Currently interviewing for a Director of Business Analytics position at a smaller local company (~20 person, $50M annual revenue local company growing at 40%) $110k base salary. Thoughts on if I should continue to pursue this position?
I need honest advice on what salary I could ask for if I look for a new job . Basics- 2 yrs work ex as a senior BA (acn) , MS in engg, aws and azure foundational certs, PSM and PSPO certified , CAPM certified (all from self interest) , and I'm currently earning in the 50s. Hence thinking of a new job. But I have no idea what I can ask for. Thoughts?
Interested in transitioning into being a compensation analyst. Does anyone know someone who has done this before? Do you think it is a good career? How hard would it be to land a role from audit?
RobertHalf salary guide, how accurate is it in comparison to your salary? See 2017guide, accounting for the market variances on pg 24-25, does your salary, bonus included, fall within ranges on pg 18?
has anyone revised what they expect in comp in the interview process? interviewing for a tech firm and quoted base+bonus but no RSUs. upon researching more feel like i low-balled a bit and should have asked for RSUs too.
I started in Jan as a consultant. Only have one snapshot (with good marks) is it hopeless to hope for more $? Without sign bonus seems strange to be making less the previous Deloitte FY.
Hello All, hope you are doing great. I am working with TCS, but due to salary in peanuts, I need to change my job. Any leads/references would be much needed and appreciated. My Profile: Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Project Manager. Thanks
Salary range for IR Sr. associate at $10B+ fund?
Big 4 senior manager (3rd yr) to AWS engagement manager, 15-20% bump (lower base but higher bonus)? Thoughts?
Posted this previously in another bowl but thought it'd make more sense here. Was watching world's most extraordinary homes in awe and for the first time in life I felt like I really wanted to be rich enough to own one of these. Did some quick math assuming $150k annually in index funds earning 10% annual returns, but figured even 25years is barely enough. With this as a life goal, what strategic tips are there that a 30 year old consultant could do to get there? Surely salary is not enough!
If you have a flight delay due to weather (not snow, but “high winds” 🙄) - how long of a delay does it need to be for it to be reasonable to ask for compensation? 3.5 hours and counting...
Can anyone help? Does anyone know what a fair ratio is for the amount of money you bring into a company VS the amount you should be paid (i.e. salary + commission)? I work for an IT partner / Tech company, and from outbound cold market selling have added over 40 companies to our books, which over the last two years has generated €850,000 revenue, and will likely be in excess of €5 million in the coming years. What do you think I should be earning?
With the new raises, can someone please share the cohort level pay bands for Strategy& at D1/D2 level? And average expected bonus?
Has anyone here used a service to help you find a new job? I’m looking at one where they source and apply for jobs for me. They’ll also help me rework my resume, LinkedIn, and other materials, as well as interview coaching. I’ve been looking for a new position on my own with no luck for the past 6 months. The downside of this service is they charge a commission based on the salary for the job they place you in. Thoughts or advice?
Remote teachers: how many students have you already lost track of or have gone MIA. I have at least 7 (out of 89).

I’m a total lard ass after WFH for almost 2 years and I’m starting a new job that’s mostly in person. None of my cute work clothes fit to boot so I have to figure out what I’m going to wear while working on losing the weight. Great.
Joined a new role about 4 months ago from consulting and think I may not be a great fit because my role has evolved to be more technical than I expected. Has anyone experienced this before? Any suggestions on what to do?
I have 8 yoe as a BA. It's been 2 months since I joined a Big4 as a Scrum master. I was asked to shadow the project manager but the person is just not helpful. I am not looped/forwarded any emails, no client introduction has been done, no tasks, no one contacts me all day long except for the one call in a day where I am the silent spectator. Am I in trouble?
Would it be insane to buy a 1 bd home if there’s a possibility of having a kid in the next ~3 years? Assuming we’d have to look for a 2 bd if we do have a kid and try to rent/sell the 1 bd

Don’t judge me for asking this... when you file a complaint and need to later file an amended complaint what is the title? Is it the “first amended complaint”? (As in the first complaint that has been amended) or is it “second amended complaint”? (As in the second version of the complaint).
Has anyone recently joined Accenture Belgium or Accenture Netherlands after applying directly from India?
Transition to HRBP - which Cert? I’ve got the time and experience (mostly) to sit for the PHR or SHRM-CP. What are your recommendations based on industry experience. Also note I’m pivoting from a program director role.
I got a 4. Should I just plan on leaving? I would rather not get fired. My scatterplot and utilisation was fine, but I got a lot of bad feedback about "cultural fit" and having an abrasive personality
Looking at making a move from a top 20 city to PNW farm style living. Work from home permanently and live peacefully. I'd be close enough to SEA that I'd be able to make it work if I had to (ie if remote ops reversed course) Anyone thinking similar or already done so? Also, has anyone sold their house to an institutional buyer? Obviously, you may get less cash, but it will also take longer to sell, so you are paying holding costs, etc and taking on more market risk.
