Senior management at a small multi million business. I know that I want to leave the state in about a year and a half - nothing to do with the company but they probably won’t offer fully remote. Wtbs how much time is reasonable to give notice even without another offer? I was thinking two months? I obv care about the company and don’t want to leave them in a tight spot

Approved by doctor/HR to remain remote and it’s not going over well( we were told we would remain remote, which included giving up our desks, but are now being asked to come in two days). The person who seemed the most annoyed by my request is my direct boss. I found it odd because she announced she was only doing one day because she was pregnant and the director was basically like “ok”. I don’t want to put a target on my back and I do enjoy the work. Should I just bite the bullet and come in?
