Hello Gang, I’m on the business side for Walmart right now. Walmart Global Tech recently offered me a role to move to the San Bruno office, but I’d be taking a demotion from L6 to E5. YOE: 8, COMP(200k base, 25% bonus, 100k RSU). Is this competitive in the bay? I have Doordash and Instacart in the pipeline, but no final offers yet.
How much in hand salary in Capgemini at 16 lpa
Hi Fishes, I am here to ask your help , i gave an interview to Tata Capital and selected for the position but the HR is not contact me about the salary negotiation or anything. I was called the HR and they said they didn't receive manpower approval. I have hardly 5 days left to join the new organization. What can I do ? Now the hr is not lifting the call as well as the interviewer also not lifting the call.

That feeling when your senior manager quickly writes an illegible email because they are trying to be quick and then you have to reconfirm everything they are implying because it doesn't make any damn sense so then the whole process ends up wasting more time and you just wish they wrote legible emails.
"I am hit it..." ?
Sorry - I am and when I hit it, I went to 185k
Salary was 185k - as for email, I am pretty good with those - I was hustling through ATL during a gate change so shit happens
Depends on practice and focus area too - typically if you grow up in firm, you actually make less in many cases
That moment when you're reading this, while doing most of your SM's job, while figuring out which bill you will have to skip this month. Lmao. Dinner was great though.
240k base + aip + a retention bonus so should get a total comp of 320k first year so let's see
I am hit it and went to 185k
@EY1 was 185K the total comp for the first year as a SM .. Or was the gross 185K?
$155k....embarrassed
I am just giving you shit. All good.
Partners do it to me - its fair criticism. Emails are the one time that I really do miss the Blackberry - I still hate the touchscreen keyboard relative to buttons - as for gross, I don't remember because on my W2, it all blends but % was better I'm sure than it will be this year and then there are bravo and applause awards, etc
If you're really good can be in the 300-400k range. On average I'd say it's probably the 180-250k range
Approx $190k (including aip) the year I made SM. Fwiw I think I'm at the middle-low end of the spectrum (my function is not known for high salaries). But I like what I do, and the people I work with (for the most part) so no complaints :)
Well, I'm a manager, about 260 all in, wondering what this year's bump is going to be. Definitely maxed my range.
Ok D3, ill let Pappa D know that 300k for managers is a good idea... Troll
Experienced hires into the firm ALWAYS make more at EY. Climbing up through the ladder at EY will definitely put you on a lower pay scale than those who are hired in
Deloitte has a higher pay than EY, their managers often make more than EY sr managers, D has higher pay bands - more similar to EY TAS.
Making SM this year and I doubt I'll make anywhere near 185K, but I've grown up in the firm which confirms what others have said about being lower paid.
$177k base, with all-in around $215k
