I am a new APMM, and the youngest at my company (25<). I am doing a fair amount of training involving reporting on our organic KPI’s, and producing lead generating content; however, I want to take some serious contd. education/certifications to level up my skills past what I am doing to position myself as a product leader in the workforce. I handle close to a 100 applications a month, fund around 5 million, there is a sales aspect and I speak to the members so customer service. Now, I truly want to be at a big name like Discover or Amex but don’t see anything like my role there. I make 6 figures , and NMLS for reference. Any advice on how to continue growing?
