What are your thoughts on working at a multicultural agency? I am more for fighting the good fight to properly represent the Hispanic community and address it as part as the General Mkt (as is should be) and I worry that if I switch to a multicultural-focused place I will never convey the thoughts of being part of the total market. Am I overthinking it? Gracias!

1st year auditor here in west coast office. I’m book 60 hours this week however I only worked 48 hours. We’re still waiting on supporting docs and my senior tells me to log of early. Will this impact my performance and utilization?

Advice needed: looking to leave public accounting and tax for good. I have two offers between a financial analyst and an accountant role. Based on your experience, which of the two has the best/better exit opportunities (should I decide to pursue the finance realm or something else) and better work life balance? Got an offer from my 2nd choice with a deadline to respond today. My 1st choice told me they will have a decision by EOD today. How long should I wait before responding to 2nd choice offer? (1st choice is west coast, 2nd choice is east coast..) if 1st choice doesn’t respond by 5pm est, should i just accept 2nd choice offer? Should I follow up with 1st choice again today (just talked yday)?
