I got offer from Deloitte 15LPA fixed + 10% variable bonus(CTC 16.5LPA)+ 4 lacs joining bonus with 18 months bond and additional benefits from Deloitte as Consultant.

Second offer from ITC Infotech of 19LPA fixed + 1 lacs variable for similar role.

RBC vs Neo financial ? For a data engineering position which company is better in terms of work- life balance and career growth .

Was poking around at the salary ranges for my position and it seems I am vastly being underpaid. I don’t even know where I would begin to start this conversation with my boss or HR. I did take a significant pay cut when I took this job cause I was desperate- but now seeing the new company ranges they are much more on par to what I had been making.
