In all seriousness I’ll usually have an extra pair of underwear and then like soft comfortable clothes for the hotel that never actually get dirty
Handwashing is an option if you're too cheap for the cleaner. If you can hang them up in front of the hvac return vent to air dry, they'll probably be good by morning. You can always use the room iron for any extra damp spots tomorrow morning too.

EY1 - in 5+ years I’ve never had a need for anymore than 1 extra day. That’s between flight cancellations and changes to my travel

What? You’re gonna hand wash your clothes, stand there for 30 minutes with a little underpowered blow drier for them to get dry, quit, then end up wearing something you didn’t try to hand wash in the first place. Call your mom or go have a drink instead Life is too short for that crap.
Lucky for me I always pack as if I’ll work out, and then I don’t. So that’s my backup 😂

Just wear an outfit again? Or mix and match for a new outfit? Not sure what the dilemma is, especially if not going to a client and where literally nobody who has seen you and you will not see in the same outfit twice.
Most hotels have a laundry facility that you can use or you can go grab a new set of clothes. Going forward always pack an extra day.
Yes always carry an extra set of clothes + underwear.
Or wash using hand soap and hang dry in the restroom - better than wearing soiled inners!
