If you notice others with heavy workloads and yours is light. Use the downtime to put your effort into a new job, interviews, organizimg your port. Get out.
Whoa on the job switching you should be having constructive discussions with your boss your equals on other accounts your direct reports your stakeholders. If you're being counseled out in one place whose to say it won't happen somewhere else. Get to the root of the problem and have uncomfortable but constructive discussions with your peeps so you can course correct and mentor out!

👆👆 Yes and....Everything you say is "wrong" , everything is a "debate" , you say red, they say green, theres obvious tension that extends beyond your manager to your teammates. Stay positive. Maybe ask your sup for a check in?
Performance improvement plan would be the clearest way to show you the door. Preambles to that include performance discussions, light workloads etc.
It depends. I've had people on pips that got better and stayed for years. I've also had people who didn't and I had to fire them. It's up to you.
