You bust your behind to make sure multiple people are happy and are getting what they want. At the end of the day, it's a thankless job and you're still not satisfied.
As a word of caution, if you leave, best not burn any bridges. You might find the rest of the world operates the same way and may want to boomerang back. The door will always be open.
Beware that it's approximately the same bullshit everywhere. Find out what specifically is causing the heartburn before jumping - you may be trading one set of problems for another.

What practice are you in at Deloitte? I'm looking to transition over from BAH and am curious about life at the firm.
Public Sector. Though I've heard PS everywhere is pretty much the same.
I'm in federal and it's okay, but I think I could do better at another firms federal practice.
