Need advice related for upcoming Case Interviews

I have limited experience doing case interviews, have a few coming up next week with a single T2 firm and multiple Boutique firms in Data, Analytics, and Accounting/Finance/Digital transformation groups.

I recently applied to BCG and got rejected without interview. How long do I need to wait before applying again, and is there any way to speed up that waiting period? I have no idea why they rejected me (it could be that role closed, computer didn’t pass my resume on, hiring manager didn’t like my resume but I have no idea), but I want to improve so that I can get the job as soon as possible.

Thoughts on healthy/clean calorie dense meals? Ramping up my exercise and a big guy - pretty sure I likely need to hit at least 4-6k of calories a day to actually gain weight. Struggling as I find it hard to eat clean and get that nutritionally density - only so many beans and chicken breasts and shakes you can have before getting sick of it

I got 1.22 as a salary for feb month after my increment. The tax was not deducted. I will have to pay at the time of return . I am declaring 1.5 lac ib 80C and 1 lac as HRA. Can someone let me know what would have been the deduction and my in hand salary if the tax was deducted in Feb.

I work with a ton of individual clients whose books are never clean. Their retained earnings never rolls correctly from PY and sometimes I find it beyond my head to go into Quickbooks and make AJEs for them. Any tips on how to get good at GAAP rules? I know my basics should be good but I feel like I’m way better at tax returns than fixing their books.

I have an associate full-time offer from a Big4 & an Analyst offer from a decent consulting firm. The pay is in the 60 range for big4 and 70s for consulting firm.
What would you do? I'm not sure what the consulting job will be like but I wouldn't need a masters degree which is great. I am also an analytics minor which is useful.
