I asked because I was planning to pop by with my family and surprise you :)

I got a handwritten “thanks for your hard work” card from my Market Offering Leader once.
Most likely a holiday card. If it’s from me, feel free to toss it 😂
Rising Star
Likely a holiday card. There is no need to do anything in return. It just means they think fondly of you and want you to be part of their holiday spirit
Rising Star
No need to send anything in return. Any gift will be project or otherwise firm funded.
I would also be extremely uncomfortable, and wouldn’t be sure what to do with it. Would not recommend. Anything I send over to you is firm funded, so don’t consider it as a gift per-say even if it’s from “leadership” it’s like a bonus. Would you reciprocate when you get your bonus?
Side note I hope it's not a family holiday card.. I feel awful about it but I'm prone to tossing those..

I usually stick them all up on my wall. It’s my way of feeling close to all these wonderful people who I don’t get to see anymore. Lol
No need. If you're doing a card, consider adding them! It's a great way to keep in touch with folks after you roll off a project and a little reminder to reach out to them every so often just to say hello.
We have the gratitude email templates, USPS is so last year.
I don't think you need to send anything in return but a simple "thank you got your card or appreciate the gift" is always nice. I find it amazing how rare a simple act of acknowledgment is.
