$75K for an AE is def super high
Posts like this are a serious sad trombone sound. Dude, you are asking for a raise after throwing away your leverage. Here comes the “sure, let’s review in three months and ask finance."
Why did you turn down the 75k job if you feel undervalued?
75 for an AE is way high. Also why’d you turn it down if you want them to match?

See if you can get the offer back. Maybe it’s not too late.
At this point it’s best to “lie by omission” and tell your company that you have another offer (don’t tell them you turned it down!) but say you want to say at your current company and role much more. Reiterate the value you bring etc. See what they do. If you’re good at your job, they’ll try to keep you and give you a raise. The worst they can say is they can do nothing. If that happens sorry then... you’re gonna have to make up an excuse for why you stayed.

Also, why all the hubbub over seven grand? You’re well within the range for AE. Why do you feel undervalued? You really blew it asking for a raise after turning down the offer. Maybe you should wait a year and hop for a better title and more pay?
Be prepared they may say thanks for your notice and walk you out - you are admitting you are looking and not happy, why would a shop keep unhappy people vs hiring another AE at half the rate
