I recently turned down an offer for 75k @ AE and want my company to match. Some are telling me 75 is too much for an AE and that’s starting for a Supervisor level. Thoughts??

What are some of the common exit options for the manager level? Looking for TC to be close to or over $200K. I know it’s heavy tech in the US, but what does that translate to here?

I heard they are no way close to banks like Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse. For Senior Associate they don't pay more than 25 Lakh whereas for AVP they don't pay beyond 30 lakh. Is this true ? I am asking for Risk Management Profiles.

Hey fish, I started recently (within the last year) at post PhD level. I’m thinking about moving into pharma or biotech since I don’t think the ladder in consulting is right for me long term. How long do you need to stay in consulting for before making say 150-200k base in pharma/biotech?

Manager (ignore FB title) at a boutique life sci firm (TC-$260K). Final round interview with Strategy& for a Senior Associate role (Expected TC - $200-225K). Currently working 45 hours (40-client) and have A LOT of flexibility. Both roles are life sci operations strategy focused. Why should I consider Strategy&?

Older companies do whatever they can to pay you the least amount and get the max work out of you. I was contacted by a recruiter on behalf of a nonprofit seeking a remote executive director. Recruiter asked what my target salary is. According to 2020 990 info, the total annual revenue was $242,732, and total salary expenses was $150,448. On their website, there are four staff listed not including the ED. Their positions are: Director, Managing Director, Senior Editor, and Communications/Engagement Manager.

What is a reasonable target salary to respond to the recruiter with?
