[query] Is it a good idea to say a firm No due to medical reasons to a new night shift project I'm hired in?Accenture
I recently got a night shift project (2 days ago) that requires me to work from 10:30pm till 7:30am
I'm not comfortable with these timings and I'm thinking to ask my manager to put me on Bench (Due to medical reasons that involve mental health)
Is it a nice idea to say a firm No to a new project I'm hardlocked into, due to night shifts?

I just got an email from a recruiter from Google!
Omgomgomgomg
He said that the position is in the Bay Area or New York. I haven’t replied the email. I don’t think we can move to those cities, but I don’t want to lose this opportunity. Does anyone know if Google does remote jobs within US?
Has anyone received the bonus letters yet?
Hey guys.. people working in Walmart provide me with some insights please! Thanks in advance
1. In general do we get the 100% variable amount or it comes bit less yearly ?
2. What is the average annual hike ?
3. How is work life balance in SamsClub team of @Walmart ? Does it has shift work timing for software developers ?

Depends on the type of content being shared. If it's anything remotely political in any way shape or form, then it's likely a shadow banning issue. If not, then I'd chalk it up to an algorithm malfunction (assuming nothing has changed in your strategy or execution).
Thanks so much for responding! It’s a bit tough without other’s experiences/perspective. Hair salon, so ZERO politics there.
Things that have changed- I took over her account and have upped her content production from sporadic, a few times a month to 3x a week Reels (she already was sticking to Reels), engaging more with other accounts, sharing her posts with a few friends to like each time (less than 10) and adding more relevant hashtags to her posts (always less than 30). The content is virtually the same.
Do you have any thoughts, with this info in mind?
I’ve found that too many hashtags will get your content lost in the mix. A few hashtags really get you to the right people (especially if this is a single salon location where they want to get more customers). Try different hashtags on each post and see how they do. Worry more about the content itself. Is it immediately engaging? Does it have a call to action? Look at other salon-related Reels that have done well in the last two weeks and mimic them.
Post your Reel to the story twice for the first 48 hours and use a geotag!
Thank you so much for taking the time to respond and share your experience, I really appreciate it! I will put all of this into practice ASAP 😊
The Russia bot farms have been busy elsewhere to drive up fake views.
Remember the whole pivot to video that destroyed newsrooms? All those “views” were bot accounts, that just ended up pushing disinfo and division. And brands were paying to advertise to them.
