Went through 4 interviews, panel with presentation/case study with mental health startup that has nothing but rave reviews for me. Apparently no TA team until after I was offered something 20K+ less than I make now. Head of new TA team said they’ll work with me to find a position that fits - the process I went through was “grossly mishandled”. Keep telling me that not even managers make what I’m asking for. Asking for 75k min for 30+ caseload. How do I push them on it? is even worth it?

And it just happened: I was double clicking on a post on LinkedIn because I thought I’m on Instagram, but then realized I accidentally liked one of those unprofessional posts. So embarrassing. What has this Plattform become?

Anyone else hate when people overuse the word “right?” when they speak? - - that’s part of the being a consultant, right, you need to look and sound the part, right, or you won’t be taken serious right.

I think we’re seeing all these posts because LinkedIn “training” is telling people that they should post 3 types of content rotating.

1. Something about your company/product
2. Something about the broader industry you’re in
3. Something personal to you that is still somehow related to your job/industry

I’ve never posted the third type but I’m not a LinkedIn “influencer”

Recruiter reaches out on Wednesday “based on your experience you seem like a good fit” you respond on Wednesday.. crickets. Then today (less than a week later) Recruiter: “thanks so much for getting back to me. Unfortunately this role has been filled” 😂😂😂 well dang, that was quick!
